Our menus reflect the islands wealth of produce and change regularly to match the season. Our winelist is well-matched with our menu, with tasting notes available to help you to pick the perfect accompaniment to your meal.

The youthfulness of our kitchen team belies their quality and experience - home-grown chef talents Ingrid Groat and Zara Grieve have approaching 20 years of service between them, and assisted by Erica, Siobhan and Jenny, our all female kitchen team can justifiably stamp 'made in Orkney' on their signature dishes. Customer feedback suggests that our fresh dived scallops are heavenly, that our steaks are simply the best and our Orkney fudge cheesecake to die for.
